Job Duties
- Maintain and clean kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils
- Wash dishes, pots, and pans by hand or machine and polish cutlery
- Sweep, mop, and clean floors, and remove trash to designated areas
- Wash work tables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks
- Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas such as pantry and dish room
- Attend work and arrive for scheduled shift on time with sufficient regularity
- Perform additional assigned tasks as needed depending on business needs and client requirements
