Job Duties
- Maintain supply of clean dishes, pots, pans, and silverware
- Follow all procedures as outlined in training manual and employee handbook
- Perform daily cleaning of restaurant including front and back of house, building exterior, trash, recycling, and parking areas
- Sweep and mop restaurant floors using prescribed techniques and materials
- Conduct daily deep cleaning, sanitation, and stocking of restrooms
- Complete regularly scheduled deep cleaning projects and special cleaning tasks as directed by management
- Assist management and staff with catering deliveries and special assignments
