Job Duties
- Maintain the flow of all of the restaurant washables
- ensure that everything is cleaned properly for preparing and serving food to our guests
- deep clean all station floors, counters, tools, cutting boards, and preparation surfaces
- sanitize all kitchen equipment and utensils regularly
- assist kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations
- adhere to health and safety standards in all cleaning procedures
- support team members to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
