The role of Dishwasher/Utility at Red Lobster is a vital part of maintaining the restaurant's cleanliness and operational efficiency. This position involves cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and guest safety. The Dishwasher/Utility will also be responsible for operating dishwashing equipment safely and correctly, emptying trash bins throughout the kitchen and other areas, and maintaining overall cleanliness.
