Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • One to three months related experience and/or training
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
  • Ability to write simple correspondence
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations with other employees
  • Ability to read, write, and understand written and spoken English
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
  • Ability to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel
  • Ability to reach with hands and arms
  • Ability to talk or hear and taste or smell
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to walk up and down stairs and ramps while carrying weights
  • Willingness to follow drug, alcohol, and smoking policies

Job Duties

  • Clean, sanitize, and organize all restaurant plateware, glassware, and silverware
  • Clean, sanitize, and organize all kitchen cookware, utensils, and storage containers
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including floors, storage areas, back dock, and dish station
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant exterior, including parking lot, landscaping, and dumpster area
  • Follow safety procedures and report unsafe conditions
  • Apply company culture in interactions with guests, employees, and management
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of cleaning duties
