Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related experience and/or training
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations with other employees
- Ability to read, write, and understand written and spoken English
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- Ability to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel
- Ability to reach with hands and arms
- Ability to talk or hear and taste or smell
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to walk up and down stairs and ramps while carrying weights
- Willingness to follow drug, alcohol, and smoking policies

- Clean, sanitize, and organize all restaurant plateware, glassware, and silverware
- Clean, sanitize, and organize all kitchen cookware, utensils, and storage containers
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including floors, storage areas, back dock, and dish station
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant exterior, including parking lot, landscaping, and dumpster area
- Follow safety procedures and report unsafe conditions
- Apply company culture in interactions with guests, employees, and management
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of cleaning duties
