As a Dishwasher/Utility team member, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and orderly functioning of the kitchen and dining areas. Key responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils using safe and correct operation of kitchen equipment, including commercial dishwashers. The role requires emptying trash bins in the kitchen and other dining areas and assisting the kitchen staff with food preparation tasks such as prepping ingredients and supporting the cooks with the preparation of signature menu items like Cheddar Bay biscuits. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure cleanliness and safety protocols are strictly followed, always prioritizing the guest experience by supporting a smooth and efficient kitchen operation. This role demands physical endurance and the ability to stay active during long shifts, often requiring standing for 8 to 12 hours as well as lifting up to 50 pounds safely.
