Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of restaurant areas and guest touchpoints
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
- Assist with inventory management and stock supplies
- Support team members during peak hours to maintain smooth operations
- Dispose of trash and recyclables properly
- Report maintenance issues as they arise
