The Dishwasher/Utility position at Red Lobster plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and smooth operation of the restaurant’s kitchen and overall environment. This role requires physical stamina as employees will be on their feet for shifts lasting between 8 to 12 hours and must be able to safely lift up to 30 pounds, bend, reach, and squat regularly.
