The Dishwasher/Utility position at Red Lobster plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and smooth operation of the restaurant’s kitchen and overall environment. This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy working behind the scenes in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, utensils, pots, pans, and glassware to impeccable standards, as well as ensuring that the kitchen and other restaurant areas are tidy and well-maintained. The dishwasher operates commercial dishwashing equipment safely and correctly, manages waste disposal from kitchen and dining areas, and assists cooks with food prep tasks and specialty item creations, such as preparing Red Lobster's signature Cheddar Bay Biscuits.
This role requires physical stamina as employees will be on their feet for shifts lasting between 8 to 12 hours and must be able to safely lift up to 30 pounds, bend, reach, and squat regularly. Team spirit and attention to detail are critical attributes alongside the ability to multitask efficiently. - Must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

- Clean and maintain all restaurant areas
