Currently, Great Wolf is hiring a Dishwasher, a crucial position in its restaurant operations focused on maintaining cleanliness and operational efficiency. The Dishwasher plays a key role in supporting kitchen staff and ensuring guests have a seamless dining experience by guaranteeing that all cooking and serving utensils are clean, sanitized, and organized. Job Requirements

  • Some high school education or equivalent
  • Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs

Job Duties

  • Maintains stock by assisting chefs in keeping kitchens fully operational
  • Retrieves stock and keeps cooking and serving utensils and plates clean and sanitary
  • Organizes, rinses, and runs dishes through dishwasher
  • Unloads and organizes dishes per set guidelines
  • Ensures a safe and clean work area by following sanitation standards and legal regulations
  • Provides foodstuff and utensils for chefs by carrying pans, kettles, and trays between workstations
  • Maintains food quality by storing foods in designated areas to minimize spoilage
  • Keeps equipment operating by following instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, and performing preventative maintenance
  • Maintains appropriate levels of dishes and utensils
  • Segregates and removes waste in accordance with company standards
