Job Requirements
- Some high school education or equivalent
- Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
- Ability to bend, stretch, and twist

- Ability to withstand hot and humid environments for long periods
Job Qualifications

- Experience or training in hands-on equipment maintenance preferred
- Understanding of sanitation-related issues and precautions

Job Duties
- Maintains stock by assisting chefs in keeping kitchens fully operational
- Retrieves stock and keeps cooking and serving utensils and plates clean and sanitary
- Organizes, rinses, and runs dishes through dishwasher
- Unloads and organizes dishes per set guidelines
- Ensures a safe and clean work area by following sanitation standards and legal regulations
- Provides foodstuff and utensils for chefs by carrying pans, kettles, and trays between workstations
- Maintains food quality by storing foods in designated areas to minimize spoilage
- Keeps equipment operating by following instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, and performing preventative maintenance
- Maintains appropriate levels of dishes and utensils
- Segregates and removes waste in accordance with company standards
