Job Duties

  • wash, store and rack plateware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans and other restaurant equipment
  • maintain sparkling clean restrooms and work areas

  • support kitchen team by ensuring timely and efficient cleaning of all smallwares
  • assist with stock and inventory management for cleaning supplies
