Job Requirements
- ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
- physical ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods
- willingness to follow strict cleaning and safety protocols
- legal authorization to work in the country
- reliable and punctual
- ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a dishwasher or kitchen aide role is an asset but not required
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
- excellent teamwork and communication skills
- physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual labor
Job Duties
- wash, store and rack plateware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans and other restaurant equipment
- maintain sparkling clean restrooms and work areas
- adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- support kitchen team by ensuring timely and efficient cleaning of all smallwares
- assist with stock and inventory management for cleaning supplies
- report any maintenance issues promptly
- contribute to a safe and healthy work environment by following all safety guidelines and protocols
