Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
ability to stand for extended periods
capacity to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
physical ability to lift heavy items and handle kitchen equipment
willingness to adhere to club policies and safety protocols
strong work ethic and positive attitude

Job Qualifications

prior experience in dishwashing or kitchen cleaning preferred
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
good teamwork and communication skills
basic knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation
reliable and punctual
ability to follow instructions carefully

Job Duties

assist chefs in the set-up of parties and buffets
clean all dishes, glassware, and utensils
perform all other kitchen tasks as assigned by the chef
maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen
ensure timely washing and organization of kitchenware
support kitchen staff during busy periods
follow safety and hygiene guidelines
