Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Able to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Hard working and cleanly
- Experience is beneficial
- Willingness to follow food safety and hygiene protocols

- Ability to work flexible shifts including AM, PM, and mid-day

Job Duties
- Washing and catching dishes/silverware through dish machine
- Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems
- Monitor dish machine water temperature/chemical level to ensure sanitary wash cycle
- Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware
- Keep dish room, rest rooms, and food preparation areas clean and organized
- Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware/plateware for dining room and kitchen
- Monitor linen and trash containers and empty when appropriate
- Understand and follow proper rules of hygiene and food safety measures
- Washing metal pots and pans through 3 compartment sink by hand
- Washing and lifting glass racks with glass washer
- Overall cleanliness of kitchen (sweeping, mopping, breaking down boxes, removal of trash, and more)
- Receiving deliveries and restocking shelves
- Flexible during shift to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed
