Seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join the Vitalia Rockside team, this full-time position offers a competitive pay range of $15 to $17.50 per hour and features a consistent shift schedule spanning Wednesday through Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. As a Dishwasher at Arrow Senior Living, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of the kitchen environment. You will support daily dining operations, ensuring that dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are sanitized and readily available to meet food service demands. The ideal candidate is energetic, physically active, and possesses a positive attitude with a genuine love for working with seniors. Tasks require frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds, emphasizing the importance of physical stamina and careful attention to safety guidelines. Candidates must be at least 16 years old and meet standard background clearance requirements to ensure a safe and trustworthy environment for all residents. Effective communication skills and an understanding of English at an 8th grade level or higher are essential to interact successfully with residents and team members.
