Job Description
ADP is a leading global provider of cloud-based human capital management (HCM) solutions that seamlessly integrate HR, payroll, talent management, time tracking, tax, and benefits administration. Renowned for its expertise in business outsourcing services, analytics, and regulatory compliance, ADP serves a diverse clientele by delivering innovative and comprehensive solutions designed to optimize workforce management and organizational efficiency. The company prides itself on fostering an inclusive and down-to-earth culture that values core principles such as innovation, collaboration, and belonging. Recognized by numerous esteemed organizations for its workplace excellence, ADP continually invests in its people to promote growth, diversity, and equity within the workforce. As an industry leader, ADP is committed to creating meaningful impacts for its clients and communities alike, offering employees opportunities for professional development, cultural engagement, and contributions to social causes through company-supported initiatives.
The Director, Program Management - Client Programs role at ADP presents a unique opportunity for strategic leaders passionate about designing and delivering high-impact, client-focused experiences across complex, cross-functional initiatives. This position is responsible for steering strategic client programs, including high-profile events such as the Meeting of the Minds (MOTM), Client Advisory Boards, certifications, and various enterprise-wide client engagement efforts. The Director will operate as a nexus across multiple departments including Client Success, Product, Product Marketing, Learning & Development, Marketing, Events, Production, and Sales Operations to ensure alignment, consistency, and quality in all client-facing programs.
Key responsibilities involve developing persona-based client experience strategies that tailor content and programming to various client roles, industries, product adoption maturity levels, and lifecycle stages. Emphasizing content governance and structured program management methodologies, the role demands hands-on orchestration of program execution while fostering executive alignment and maintaining readiness through concise reporting, risk management, and issue resolution. This role goes beyond coordination, serving as a voice for clients by embedding their perspectives, feedback, and engagement data into program design and delivery to strengthen client relationships and promote long-term partnership success.
Ideal candidates will possess extensive program management experience, particularly in guiding large-scale, client-facing initiatives within matrixed environments. A deep understanding of content strategy, learning design, and stakeholder engagement is essential, along with a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority. This role suits professionals who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced settings and have the skills to balance strategic oversight with tactical execution. Traveling up to 10% of the time may be required, underscoring the role's engagement with both virtual and onsite program components.
ADP offers a competitive salary range for this position, from $114,500 to $213,500 annually, complemented by a robust benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, matched retirement savings, wellness programs, disability coverage, and paid volunteer time off, among others. Beyond compensation, ADP fosters a workplace culture that celebrates diversity, equity, inclusion, and ethics, providing an environment where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to make their mark.
