The role being offered is for a Sales Department Leader, a full-time management position pivotal to the success of the property’s revenue and business growth. This position commands leadership of the sales team for a flagship property with bookings exceeding 300 peak rooms and substantial local catering income. As the manager of both reactive and proactive sales initiatives, this leader is responsible for driving the overall sales strategy to meet and exceed booking goals and revenue targets. The position requires developing a strategic account plan to capitalize on demand generators and channel participation, while managing marketing communications and budgets to support property-specific campaigns and promotions.

Job Requirements
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in business administration, marketing, hotel and restaurant management, or related major
- 4 years experience in sales and marketing or related professional area
