Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue management or related roles
  • Strong understanding of pricing strategies and distribution channels
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple departments
  • Experience with revenue management systems
  • Flexibility to work onsite or remotely
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality service

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Develop and implement effective pricing and distribution strategies
  • Maximize hotel revenue for rooms and food and beverage
  • Provide guidance on revenue recognition policies
  • Collaborate regularly with sales, operations, and marketing departments
  • Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Lead revenue forecasting and budgeting processes
  • Present regular reports on revenue performance to senior leadership
