Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 6 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, event management or related professional area
- OR 2-year degree from accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles
- Proficiency in economics and accounting principles
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Experience managing financial resources and budgets
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- Leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and develop a team
- Effective communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 6 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, event management or related field

Job Duties
- Manage all daily restaurant operations including restaurants, bars and room service
- Lead and work with food and beverage/culinary management team and employees to execute operations
- Ensure guest and employee satisfaction
- Maximize financial performance of areas of responsibility
- Facilitate pre-meal briefings to educate staff on menu items
- Maintain service and sanitation standards
- Oversee booking and service of restaurant parties and events
- Manage department budgets and controllable expenses
- Establish goals to guide operation and performance
- Lead and motivate team, ensuring compliance with policies and liquor laws
- Provide excellent customer service and create positive guest relations atmosphere
