Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant operations management
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage diverse teams
- Strong financial acumen including budgeting and P&L responsibility
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
Job Qualifications
- Demonstrated passion for leading within a high-energy restaurant setting
- Polished leadership skills, with proven ability to collaborate effectively with both ownership and team members
- At least 5 years of experience in full-service dining, preferably in a dynamic, community-focused restaurant concept
- Stable career history, preferably with no more than two job changes in the last five years
- Expertise in financial management, including P&L, scheduling, and managing inventory/orders
- Comprehensive understanding of human resources and staffing requirements
