Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years in restaurant management or equivalent leadership role
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial reports
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Commitment to upholding safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- Previous restaurant, foodservice, or hospitality management experience as a Director or General Manager
- Fine dining experience is preferred
- Experience managing restaurant financials including budgets, labor costs, food costs, forecasts, and inventories
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with restaurant scheduling, inventory, and point-of-sale systems
- Applicable food safety and alcohol-service certifications as required by the assigned operation
