Director of Operations — Little Miner Taco (Brentwood)

Little Miner Taco 🌵⛏️ is looking for a Director of Operations to lead our Brentwood location — our central production kitchen — and oversee food production company-wide. This is a full ownership role — if it happens in the kitchen, it's yours.

What You'll Own

• Full day-to-day operations of the Brentwood production kitchen
• Food production standards and consistency across all LMT locations
• Ordering, prepping, and packing food for all other LMT locations
• Coordinating and scheduling deliveries to all other locations
• Ordering and vendor relationships
• Cost management — food cost, labor cost, waste
• Staff scheduling and team leadership
• Full accountability for the store — you're the one we call when something goes sideways, and the one who fixes it

Who You Are

• Bilingual, English and Spanish — non-negotiable, you'll be leading a bilingual team
• Experienced running a kitchen, not just cooking in one — you've managed people, budgets, and vendors before
• Someone who takes ownership without needing to be told twice
• Calm under pressure, organized, and able to make decisions on the fly
• Flexible — restaurants don't run on a fixed clock

Schedule

Monday–Friday base schedule, minimum 50 hours/week, with flexibility required for coverage as needed.

Compensation
