Director of Real Estate Operations

The Foundation is seeking a Director of Real Estate Operations (DREO) to oversee all aspects of real estate development, financing, management, and partnerships within the organization's affordable housing program. This individual will be responsible for strategic planning, execution of initiatives, maintaining the affordable housing portfolio, ensuring financial growth, and enhancing organizational performance. The DREO will focus on managing operational functions, leading a team, approving key documents, and presenting strategic recommendations to the Affordable Housing Committee and the Board. Knowledge of affordable housing and housing finance in the Intermountain West and Midwest, specifically Utah, Iowa, and Nevada, is essential.
