Job Description

Our company is a dynamic leader in the full-service restaurant industry, dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences across multiple locations. We pride ourselves on combining the finest elements of hospitality, culinary excellence, and operational efficiency to create environments where guests feel valued and delighted at every visit. As a growth-focused restaurant group, we continuously strive to innovate and improve, supporting our team members and fostering a culture of collaboration, respect, and success. Our establishments range from upscale casual to polished dining venues, designed to appeal to a broad spectrum of guests who appreciate quality food, impeccable service, and a welcoming atmosphere.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Director of Operations to join our leadership team. This role is not a traditional corporate desk job; instead, it requires a passionate operator who thrives in the fast-paced world of restaurant operations and leadership. The Director of Operations will oversee the performance of multiple full-service restaurant locations, playing a pivotal role in driving sales growth, enhancing profitability, and elevating operational standards across the board. More importantly, this leader will be actively involved on the ground – coaching General Managers, mentoring Area Leaders, and ensuring every restaurant consistently delivers an outstanding guest experience.

In this capacity, the Director of Operations will be responsible for analyzing profit and loss statements to identify cost-saving opportunities, particularly in labor and food expenses, while maintaining a high level of quality and service. They will develop and implement effective action plans for underperforming locations, hold teams accountable for results, and collaborate extensively with other departments such as Marketing, Culinary, Finance, and Training to align operational execution with broader company initiatives.

This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong business acumen who can balance the art of hospitality with the science of profitability. The successful candidate will have extensive experience leading multi-unit restaurant operations and possess excellent communication and coaching skills. Furthermore, they must be willing to travel regularly between restaurant locations to offer direct support and leadership. If you are a results-driven professional with a passion for restaurant excellence and team development, this position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a substantial impact at scale within a vibrant and growing company.
