Job Description
Multi-Concept Hospitality Group, based in Atlanta, Georgia, is a dynamic and rapidly growing privately held hospitality company specializing in the operation of multiple restaurant concepts. Renowned for its commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences, this group takes pride in fostering high standards of hospitality, innovation, and culinary excellence. With a focus on quality service across diverse restaurant brands—from polished casual to fine dining settings—the organization continually strives to elevate guest satisfaction and operational efficiency throughout its portfolio.
The Director of Operations role at this hospitality group offers an exciting, full-time, field-based leadership opportunity for a seasoned professional eager to shape the future of hospitality training and operational excellence across multiple locations. This position is ideally suited for an accomplished and hands-on operator with a passion for coaching teams during live service moments and building sustainable, practical tools that ensure consistent high-quality guest experiences. The Director will be instrumental in setting and reinforcing service and operational standards, ensuring that each restaurant maintains its unique character while achieving peak performance.
This role demands extensive industry experience, particularly in multi-unit restaurant management within fine dining or upscale casual dining environments. Operating primarily in the Atlanta market, the Director of Operations will rotate among restaurant locations during critical service periods such as evenings, brunches, weekends, and special events, offering direct support and coaching to managers and frontline staff. This approach enables the leader to observe the entire guest journey firsthand and accurately address gaps in service delivery or operational execution.
Duties include creating and updating comprehensive service standards, training materials, and onboarding resources that align with the group’s vision of excellence. The role involves a significant element of talent development, requiring the ability to assess team readiness, identify areas for improvement, and implement targeted development plans that cultivate high-performing teams. Success is defined by the ability to empower restaurant managers to confidently lead, develop their teams independently, and deliver consistently exceptional guest experiences even in the Director’s absence.
With a competitive six-figure base salary, comprehensive medical coverage, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employer matching, and additional benefits such as life and disability insurance, bonus eligibility, and dining privileges, this opportunity offers not only professional growth but also a rewarding compensation package. The position is designed for a candidate comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment where systems and protocols continue to evolve, requiring creativity, strong follow-through, and a credible, influential coaching style.
Joining this multi-concept hospitality group as a Director of Operations means taking a pivotal role in shaping the organization's hospitality culture, influencing standards across all venues, and directly contributing to sustained business success. Qualified candidates can look forward to a supportive leadership environment and the chance to leave a lasting impact on both the team and the guests they serve.
