- Ability to execute business plans for profitable Guest Count and Same-Restaurant-Sales growth
- Capability to deliver Operations Excellence
- Willingness to hold crucial conversations on guest and employee experiences
- Skill in coaching and providing feedback to developing leaders
- Ability to monitor trends and adjust operations as needed
Job Qualifications
- Demonstrated strength in identifying and developing high potential leaders
- Successful operation of a high volume restaurant unit with operational excellence and high guest and employee satisfaction
- Multi-unit operational skills at the restaurant level
- Strong ability to build diverse teams and coach managers
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Job Duties
- Lead a market of 8-10 Operating Company restaurants ensuring optimal operational performance
- Coach and develop General Managers and high-potential Restaurant Managers
- Drive profitable Same-Restaurant-Sales and Guest Count growth through strategic business plans
- Ensure 100% compliance with HR, Finance, and functional standards
- Support new restaurant growth and coach new restaurant management teams
- Hold crucial conversations with leadership teams about guest service and employee experiences
- Monitor operational trends and adjust strategies as required
