Job Qualifications

  • Demonstrated strength in identifying and developing high potential leaders
  • Successful operation of a high volume restaurant unit with operational excellence and high guest and employee satisfaction
  • Multi-unit operational skills at the restaurant level
  • Strong ability to build diverse teams and coach managers
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead a market of 8-10 Operating Company restaurants ensuring optimal operational performance
  • Coach and develop General Managers and high-potential Restaurant Managers
  • Drive profitable Same-Restaurant-Sales and Guest Count growth through strategic business plans
  • Ensure 100% compliance with HR, Finance, and functional standards
  • Support new restaurant growth and coach new restaurant management teams
  • Hold crucial conversations with leadership teams about guest service and employee experiences
  • Monitor operational trends and adjust strategies as required
