With over 9,800 employees across 14 locations, Uline has established a robust presence in the industry, continuously driving innovation, operational excellence, and superior customer service. The company's commitment to quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction makes it a preferred partner for businesses requiring comprehensive shipping and packaging solutions. Uline operates modern, state-of-the-art facilities designed to optimize workflow and employee experience, reinforcing its reputation as an industry leader in logistics and distribution.

The California Branch located at 4810 South Hellman Avenue, Ontario, is home to one of Uline's largest campuses, spanning 2 million square feet and employing a workforce of over 700 professionals across various departments including warehouse, customer service, and sales operations. This facility exemplifies Uline's dedication to operational efficiency and customer-centric service.

The Director of Operations role at Ulines Ontario campus is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing and enhancing the performance of this extensive operation. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $300,000 to $375,000 per year, reflecting the seniority and impact of the role. The selected leader will drive strategic initiatives, cultivate high-performing teams, and maintain exemplary service standards across a multifaceted operation. This role demands an individual with a proven track record in large-scale operational leadership, the ability to foster accountability and talent development, and a passion for continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making.

As the Director of Operations, you will provide executive-level leadership across warehouse, customer service, and sales functions, ensuring that all teams operate in alignment with Uline’s high standards and customer-first values. You will lead a sizable team including senior leaders, promoting a culture of performance and long-term development. By analyzing operational data and conducting performance reviews, you will identify opportunities for efficiency enhancements and process improvements.

Additionally, the role requires collaboration with corporate leadership to align the California Branch’s strategic objectives with the broader goals of the company. Your leadership will be instrumental in managing operational audits, driving sustained growth, and fostering a workplace culture that rewards excellence and innovation. Your efforts will directly influence Uline’s ability to maintain its competitive edge and deliver exceptional value to its customers in an evolving marketplace.

This position is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned operations executive seeking to lead in a dynamic and influential environment. Uline offers comprehensive benefits, including complete health insurance coverage, a 401(k) program with a 6% employer match starting on day one, paid holidays, generous paid time off, and tuition assistance, all designed to support employee well-being and professional growth. The Ontario campus also features modern facilities and wellness amenities such as a first-class fitness center and walking paths, ensuring a high-quality work environment.

Uline is committed to a safe, inclusive, and drug-free workplace. All new hires undergo a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening, and positions require onsite presence.
