- 15+ years of experience leading large employee teams (500+)
- Proven ability to recruit, develop and retain high-performing leaders
- Strong background in operational leadership, performance management and data-driven decision making
- Experience in B2B or e-commerce environments is a plus

- Lead operational audits, performance reviews and continuous improvement efforts across functions
- Partner with corporate leaders to align strategy with overall business objectives
