  • Bachelor's degree
  • 15+ years of experience leading large employee teams (500+)
  • Proven ability to recruit, develop and retain high-performing leaders
  • Strong background in operational leadership, performance management and data-driven decision making
  • Experience in B2B or e-commerce environments is a plus
