Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related degree program or equivalent functional experience
- 5+ years of leadership experience required
- Experience in theme park, hospitality or equivalent industries preferred
- Proven ability to lead teams and execute operating strategies
- Experience in creating annual operating budgets and plans
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional, energetic, and self-motivated with positive attitude
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience, preferably in theme park or hospitality industries
- Proven record of operational success in theme parks

Job Duties
