Job Description

Hilton is a globally recognized leader in the hospitality industry, known for its commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences across a diverse portfolio of world-class brands. With a presence spanning the globe and a legacy of excellence, Hilton has welcomed more than 3 billion guests, filling the earth with the light and warmth of hospitality. The company prioritizes creating an exceptional workplace culture for its team members, earning repeated recognition on the World's Best Workplaces list by Great Place to Work and Fortune. Hilton continues to set new standards in travel by blending innovative service with timeless values such as integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and a sense of urgency.

The role of Complex Leisure Sales Manager at Hilton is a dynamic, customer-focused position centered around growing leisure sales and fostering strong relationships with travel partners. Specifically based in the Orlando area, this role encompasses working with two premier properties: Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek and Waldorf Astoria Orlando. Signia Orlando Bonnet Creek is an expansive meetings-focused resort featuring over 1,000 guest rooms, 230,000 square feet of versatile event space, multiple distinct dining options, and a unique lagoon-style pool with a lazy river. Waldorf Astoria Orlando is a symbol of timeless luxury, offering elegantly appointed rooms and suites, sophisticated meeting spaces, signature dining experiences, a serene pool, and a championship golf course.

As a Complex Leisure Sales Manager, you won’t merely be selling rooms; you will be delivering memorable hospitality experiences that enrich the guest stay from booking to checkout. You will research and develop new Free Independent Traveler (FIT) and group tour business, maintain strong existing relationships, and personally engage in off-site sales activities including client meetings, site inspections, and deal closures. Your role extends to representing these prestigious properties at industry events, tradeshows, and client gatherings to build brand awareness and generate leads. Hosting property tours and client experiences to showcase the hotel’s unique offerings will also be part of your daily responsibilities, alongside inspiring and developing your sales team to foster a motivated, productive, and cohesive work environment.

Joining Hilton means being part of an award-winning workplace culture that cares about your well-being and professional growth. Hilton offers extensive benefits that include incredible travel perks such as deeply discounted room rates, an employee stock purchase program, paid parental leave, personalized caregiving support, crisis concierge services, mental health resources, generous paid time off, comprehensive health and welfare benefits, and financial security plans. Hilton supports its team members every step of the way, whether they are starting their careers or evolving into new roles, ensuring that their journey is as rewarding as the memorable experiences they help create for guests.
