We are currently seeking a highly experienced Director of Housekeeping to lead the Housekeeping and Laundry operations at the La Quinta Resort and Club. This full-time leadership role offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $120,000 annually. The Director will be responsible for maintaining impeccable cleanliness, presentation, safety, and personalized service throughout the hotel’s guestrooms, public areas, and operational spaces. This position requires a visible, hands-on leader who excels at building and developing a high-performing housekeeping team that upholds the resort's elevated standards.

The successful candidate will leverage their strategic and operational expertise to manage labor, supplies, inventory, and departmental expenses efficiently. They will oversee various teams including managers, supervisors, room attendants, housepersons, public-area attendants, and laundry personnel ensuring quality, productivity, attendance, and safety standards are consistently met. The role demands strong operational knowledge, exceptional attention to detail, financial acumen, and a passion for guest satisfaction and team member growth.

Key responsibilities include strategic leadership of housekeeping operations, rigorous inspection and maintenance of guestrooms and public areas, collaboration with other departments for seamless room status management, managing financial budgets, labor costs, and inventories, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and brand standards. Additionally, the Director will foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork, professional development, and associate engagement. They will act as a hands-on leader during peak operational times and participate actively in hotel planning and executive meetings.
