Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management or a similar role
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
  • Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities

  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

  • Drive operational excellence ensuring service quality, efficiency, guest satisfaction, and compliance with brand standards across all departments
  • Identify gaps in processes or team performance and implement strategies for improvement
  • Lead the hotel’s quality assurance process by setting goals, enabling service recovery, and monitoring guest satisfaction metrics
  • Recruit new talent while driving team growth and engagement through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs
