Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management or a similar role
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities

Job Duties
- Oversee hotel operations including budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, service delivery, and compliance with brand and company standards
- Drive operational excellence ensuring service quality, efficiency, guest satisfaction, and compliance with brand standards across all departments
- Identify gaps in processes or team performance and implement strategies for improvement
- Lead the hotel’s quality assurance process by setting goals, enabling service recovery, and monitoring guest satisfaction metrics
- Recruit new talent while driving team growth and engagement through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs
