The role of Director of Hospitality at Headlands Brewing holds critical significance within the company’s leadership team. This senior leadership position is responsible for shaping and guiding the entire hospitality organization, with a strong emphasis on building and nurturing great leaders, delivering exceptional employee and guest experiences, and creating scalable systems, standards, and culture. They should possess deep expertise in hospitality management as well as the operational savvy and business acumen necessary to grow a multi-unit organization effectively. This includes reviewing profit and loss statements, labor metrics, and prime cost control, coaching and mentoring taproom managers, resolving guest concerns directly on the floor, and fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment for all employees starting from their very first shift.
