The role of Director of Hospitality at Headlands Brewing holds critical significance within the company’s leadership team. This senior leadership position is responsible for shaping and guiding the entire hospitality organization, with a strong emphasis on building and nurturing great leaders, delivering exceptional employee and guest experiences, and creating scalable systems, standards, and culture. The Director of Hospitality must balance operational excellence with a genuine care for people, ensuring financial performance is achieved without compromising the core values that make Headlands Brewing unique. Success in this role is measured not just by numbers or budgets but by the strength and cohesion of teams, the consistency and integrity of the hospitality culture, and the scalable growth of the company that maintains its distinct identity.
The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is both restaurant smart and corporate smart. They should possess deep expertise in hospitality management as well as the operational savvy and business acumen necessary to grow a multi-unit organization effectively. This includes reviewing profit and loss statements, labor metrics, and prime cost control, coaching and mentoring taproom managers, resolving guest concerns directly on the floor, and fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment for all employees starting from their very first shift. A genuine passion for hospitality and people is a must, underscoring the belief that exceptional hospitality begins with great teams. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both strategic vision and practical execution, where maintaining human-centered accountability systems is paramount. Job Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive hospitality leadership experience
- meaningful multi-unit management experience

Job Qualifications
