Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years of managerial experience
  • full-time availability including ability to work 6:00 AM - 11:00 PM Monday-Saturday
  • ability to meet physical demands such as standing up to 10 hours and lifting up to 50 lbs
  • willingness to work full-time 40-45 hours per week
  • knowledge and skill in front-of-house and back-of-house roles
  • strong desire to serve others

Job Duties

  • Take care of employee performance and policy/procedure violations and bring to the attention of the Director
  • inputs data daily into the P/L system, and interprets the data to make adjustments to the operations of the restaurant
  • works with leadership team to ensure appropriate daily and restaurant staffing levels
  • achieves strategic, annual business results through focus and action on tactical monthly objectives and tasks and reviewing reports
  • maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees and leaders with respect while providing them with direction and feedback
  • makes changes in the restaurant to improve speed of service and accuracy scores
  • serves as a subject matter expert to leadership for ongoing hospitality and production support
