As a Food & Beverage Director at Hilton, you play a crucial role in shaping the food and beverage operations within the hotel. This leadership position demands a strategic thinker and an inspiring leader who can lead teams to deliver memorable dining experiences that enhance guest satisfaction and hotel profitability. You will be responsible for defining the operational strategy of the food and beverage department, ensuring every aspect from quality and service to marketing aligns with Hilton’s brand standards and guest expectations.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include driving operational excellence by overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and policy implementation that guarantees smooth daily operations. You will manage costs and revenues effectively by controlling food, beverage, and labor expenses while also spearheading innovative marketing initiatives to boost revenue. A critical part of your role is cultivating a high-performing team by focusing on engagement, retention, professional development, and recognition programs. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in food and beverage leadership
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting and financial management
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic hospitality environment
  • Commitment to upholding health, safety, and compliance standards
  • Proficiency in operational strategy development

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within food and beverage operations
  • Strong financial acumen and operational management skills
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic operational plans
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and alcohol regulations relevant to hospitality
  • Experience in team development and performance management
