In addition to operational responsibilities, the Director plays a key role in nurturing a motivated and high-performing team. This includes driving engagement, retention, and professional growth via performance management and recognition programs. The Food & Beverage Director must also ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, fostering a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. Hilton’s core values—Hospitality, Integrity, Leadership, Teamwork, Ownership, and a focus on the Now—are integral to how this role is executed, guiding the Director to act with urgency, accountability, and passion.

Hilton supports its Team Members with an impressive array of benefits designed to enhance wellbeing and work-life balance. These include deeply discounted travel opportunities, an employee stock purchase program, paid parental leave, personalized caregiving support, crisis concierge services, mental health resources through an Employee Assistance Program, generous paid time off, comprehensive health and welfare benefits, and retirement plans for financial security. These benefits may vary depending on location and employment terms, but they collectively illustrate Hilton's commitment to its employees. Joining Hilton means becoming part of a global hospitality leader that values not only outstanding guest experiences but also the personal and professional success of its Team Members. For those passionate about making a meaningful impact in the hospitality industry, this role offers a unique leadership opportunity to contribute to Hilton's legacy of excellence and innovation.
