Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field
Minimum of 5 years experience in food and beverage management within a hotel setting
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Proficiency in budgeting and financial control
Knowledge of health and safety standards
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field
Proven experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel environment
Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams effectively
Excellent knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial management
Familiarity with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

Job Duties

Define food and beverage operational strategy to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction
Drive operational excellence by planning and overseeing administrative and operational functions including budgeting and forecasting
Manage costs and revenue implementing controls for food, beverage, and labor
Cultivate a high-performing team through engagement, retention, and professional development
Ensure regulatory compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations
Implement marketing initiatives and service enhancements to drive revenue
Oversee policy implementation ensuring seamless daily operations
