The Director of Food and Beverage at Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis plays a critical leadership role in shaping the culinary and beverage vision for the property. The role requires close collaboration with the General Manager, Executive Chef, and Planning Committee to curate menus, wine programs, and unique offerings that balance quality, innovation, and value. Maintaining compliance with Four Seasons’ standards, policies, and local regulations is also essential.
This position requires a visible and engaged leadership style, building strong relationships with guests, team members, and internal departments to ensure service excellence and operational harmony.
