The Director of Food & Beverage at M Social Sunnyvale plays a critical role in shaping the guest experience by leading all food and beverage operations within the hotel. This leadership position offers opportunities to manage multiple outlets, including the restaurant, bar, lounge, banquets, and in-room dining services. The director will be responsible for driving revenue growth and operational excellence while creating a high-energy and engaging work culture that emphasizes service excellence and innovation. Job Qualifications

  • Experience managing budgets, forecasting, labor costs, and departmental performance
  • Ability to lead through change, innovation, and operational growth
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant, bar, banquet, and catering operations
  • Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and service standards
  • Experience managing labor productivity, scheduling, and inventory controls
  • Knowledge of financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and cost management
  • Experience with POS systems and hospitality technology platforms
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to improve profitability and guest satisfaction
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, or related field preferred
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered

  • Lead and oversee all food and beverage operations including restaurant, bar, lounge, banquets, and in-room dining
  • Drive departmental performance through strategic planning and execution
