Job Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree
  • Successful completion of a recognized food safety course
  • Experience managing large-scale food and beverage operations
  • Minimum of three years experience in food service administration and management
  • Minimum of five years experience in a hotel, restaurant, club, or similar hospitality setting

Job Duties

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive culinary services program
  • Provide leadership and oversight for the Food & Beverage Department including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
  • Oversee planning, development, production, and service of innovative dining programs that comply with regulations
  • Foster a team-oriented culture prioritizing residents and service
  • Manage departmental budgets to meet financial and operational goals
  • Ensure well-trained, uniformed, and service-oriented staff
  • Engage daily with residents to evaluate and improve food quality, presentation, temperature, and service
