Job Requirements
- Associate or bachelor’s degree
- Successful completion of a recognized food safety course
- Experience managing large-scale food and beverage operations
- Minimum of three years experience in food service administration and management
- Minimum of five years experience in a hotel, restaurant, club, or similar hospitality setting

Job Duties
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive culinary services program
- Provide leadership and oversight for the Food & Beverage Department including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
- Oversee planning, development, production, and service of innovative dining programs that comply with regulations
- Foster a team-oriented culture prioritizing residents and service
- Manage departmental budgets to meet financial and operational goals
- Ensure well-trained, uniformed, and service-oriented staff
- Engage daily with residents to evaluate and improve food quality, presentation, temperature, and service
