Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hotel management or business
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in food and beverage operations
- Minimum 2 years line level operations experience
- Minimum 2 years direct sales or retail trade experience
- Successful completion of a background check
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws applicable to food and beverage operations
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hotel management or business
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in food and beverage operations as a department manager
- Minimum 2 years line level operations experience
- Minimum 2 years direct sales or retail trade experience
- Ability to read and interpret business records and statistical reports
- Ability to analyze and interpret policies and government regulations
- Strong decision-making skills based on production reports and personal experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Job Duties
- Manage food preparation and beverage service to maintain operational standards
- Achieve budgeted revenues and expenses related to food and beverage department
- Participate in the preparation of the annual hotel budget
- Assist in preparing local and national sales and marketing programs for food and beverage
- Develop short-term and long-term financial and operational plans
- Maintain inventory control procedures
- Address guest concerns and ensure corrective actions are taken
