Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, culinary arts, or related field preferred
- minimum five years experience in food and beverage management
- proven leadership skills in a luxury or fine dining environment
- strong communication and multitasking abilities
- experience with P&L and budgeting management
- ability to lead and develop diverse teams
- familiarity with HR processes including hiring and staff development
Job Qualifications
- BS, hospitality or culinary degree preferred
- previous hospitality leadership in luxury environment
- five years of fine dining foodservice operation experience
- exclusive event and catering experience are essential
- previous experience managing a budget
- desire to learn and grow with a top-notch foodservice company
Job Duties
