Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field or high school diploma with extensive experience
- minimum five years related experience with degree or seven years without
- computer skills required
- familiarity with Microsoft Office
- experience with hotel systems such as MICROS
- ability to lead and train staff
- strong organizational and communication skills
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- ability to manage budgets and payroll
- effective problem-solving skills
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Create and execute innovative food and beverage strategies to exceed guest satisfaction and revenues
- work collaboratively with food and beverage team in menu planning, development, and execution
- ensure staff and management are properly trained and able to carry out department operations
- develop department managers both personally and professionally
- drive outlet revenues through strategic marketing, promotion, and upselling efforts
- investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations
- schedule and receive deliveries, verifying product quality and quantity
- ensure food presentation and preparation exceed standards
- monitor budgets and payroll records, review financial transactions
- enforce compliance with health and fire regulations
- maintain government-required sanitation and subsidy records
- establish standards for personnel performance and customer service
- estimate food, liquor, wine, and beverage consumption for purchasing
- review work procedures to improve service, performance, or safety
- organize training programs, resolve personnel problems, hire and evaluate staff
- analyze sales data to optimize profitable items
- arrange equipment maintenance and services
- monitor to ensure liquor regulations are obeyed
- train workers on preparation, service, sanitation, and safety
- inspect supplies and work areas for efficiency and standards
- manage inventories of food, equipment, small ware, and liquor
