The position available at Carlton Senior Living is for a Receptionist, a vital role deemed the "Director of First Impressions." This position involves warmly greeting visitors, residents, and families with professionalism while delivering accurate information and directions. The receptionist is responsible for answering and directing phone calls, monitoring emergency systems, and responding promptly to requests, maintaining a high level of customer service throughout. Beyond front desk duties, this role supports administrative tasks such as maintaining resident records, managing the mail, and coordinating with the maintenance and other departments. This role also assists with event coordination, guest arrangements, and marketing material preparation alongside Sales and Activities teams. Maintaining a clean and organized front desk, promoting a professional appearance, and staying informed about community events are essential to keeping residents and guests engaged. Additionally, the receptionist supports safety protocols and emergency plans, including elopement prevention practices, fostering a warm and collaborative atmosphere with residents, families, and team members.
The working schedule for this position includes shifts on Sundays and Mondays from 2:30 PM to 9:00 PM, with a competitive pay range between $17.00 and $18.00 per hour.
