Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the hospitality sector
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- In-depth knowledge of GAAP and financial compliance standards
- Strong proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting
