Headquartered at 12575 Uline Drive in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, the company operates a state-of-the-art corporate campus that embodies its dedication to operational excellence and employee well-being. As a drug-free workplace, Uline requires all new hires to undergo pre-employment drug screening, reinforcing its commitment to a safe and productive work environment. The company prides itself on being an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer, welcoming veterans and individuals with disabilities.

The role of Director of Facilities Workplace Experience is a critical leadership position within Uline’s Corporate Headquarters. This position is designed to ensure that every aspect of the workplace environment reflects Uline’s high standards for cleanliness, safety, and overall excellence.

Key responsibilities of the Director of Facilities Workplace Experience include directing daily building operations to meet Uline’s quality and performance standards and fostering a positive and productive team culture. Managing facilities audits and collaborating closely with managers to resolve issues ensures that all campus locations maintain exceptional condition. The Director will also manage relationships with third-party vendors and contractors supporting custodial services, food service operations, landscaping, furniture, fixtures, equipment (FFE), and ongoing facility projects. Additionally, developing budgets and preparing reports will be essential to shaping the long-term strategic direction for facilities projects and operations. This role demands a forward-thinking leader with extensive experience in managing corporate office facilities and associated services.

Working at Uline means being part of a company that values its employees and invests significantly in their professional growth and well-being. This leadership position offers an excellent opportunity to influence and create a first-class workplace experience that supports the company’s mission and culture. The benefits package is comprehensive, including health insurance coverage starting immediately, a 401(k) program with a 6% employer match, multiple bonus programs, paid holidays, generous paid time off, and tuition assistance for professional development. Employee perks include access to an on-site café and a first-class fitness center with complimentary personal trainers, as well as beautifully maintained walking trails on campus.
