The role of Director of Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) at GridStor is a high-impact leadership position seeking an experienced professional to serve as the National Safety Director. This position oversees comprehensive safety programs across the entire enterprise, encompassing construction activities (both EPC and contractor-led), operations including owned assets and third-party providers, as well as corporate office and remote environments. Responsibilities include maintaining and continuously improving the EHS governance framework, such as the Health and Safety Management System (HSMS) and Injury and Illness Prevention Plan (IIPP). The Director leads critical safety initiatives by coordinating the Safety Leadership Working Group, driving performance assurance through training, audits, incident management, and KPI reporting. The successful candidate embodies a pragmatic, execution-oriented leadership style and integrates safety as a core business function that aligns with project execution, operational readiness, and asset management goals.
