Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred
- proven experience managing hotel engineering teams
- in-depth knowledge of building systems maintenance
- strong organizational and leadership skills
- ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergency situations
- valid driver's license
- good physical condition to perform inspections and oversee maintenance work
