The role of Director of Culinary Services at Provincial Senior Living is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing all kitchen and dining operations within an independent senior living community. Job Requirements
- 5+ years of food service management experience
- Experience in senior living, healthcare, assisted living, skilled nursing, or hospitality preferred
- ServSafe certification or ability to obtain
- Experience managing budgets and controlling food costs
- Knowledge of therapeutic diets and senior nutrition
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Order food and kitchen supplies
