The successful candidate will have proven experience in senior executive culinary roles, preferably within hotels, resorts, or large multi-concept organizations. They will possess extensive expertise in managing food and beverage programs and have a track record of successfully executing high-volume service and events. The role includes critical responsibilities such as controlling food and labor costs, mentoring large BOH teams, developing innovative menus that reflect contemporary culinary trends, and ensuring compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards.
This is an exciting opportunity for a culinary professional who is passionate about leading diverse kitchen operations and delivering outstanding guest experiences. The role offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $125,000 annually, along with performance-based bonuses, making it a rewarding position both professionally and financially. Being based in Philadelphia is essential as relocation will not be considered for this role.
