Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, event management, or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3-5 years experience as Director of Events in 5 Star FORBES rated or luxury property
- Proven track record of planning and executing high-profile weddings, corporate functions, and social gatherings
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in event management software and tools
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive event strategies aligning with resort brand and revenue goals
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of event coordinators, planners, and support staff
- Serve as primary liaison for high-profile clients ensuring their visions are accurately realized
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local vendors, suppliers, and partners
- Manage event budgets for cost efficiency without compromising quality
- Oversee all aspects of event setup, execution, and breakdown to guarantee flawless delivery
- Stay current with industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas to enhance guest experiences
- Collaborate with resort departments including F&B, marketing, and operations to ensure successful events
