Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in banquet or event management
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in inventory and cost control
- Knowledge of health and safety and alcohol awareness regulations
- Ability to analyze data and drive service improvements
